Indoor wedding venues are super popular in the Portland-metro area, so I wanted to check out the Saint Irenes Wedding venue as soon as I moved out here!
This venue is tucked away in Tualatin, Oregon and it is connected to the cutest little coffee shop! With the help of some talented Oregon wedding vendors, we put together a shoot for our bride Caroline, who was going to have her wedding in Florida a few months after our shoot. Her gown was custom made and inspiration was drawn from characters from the hit series, Game of Thrones.
I don’t know about you, but when I heard about the inspiration for her gown I pretty much DIED. I love Game of Thrones. I binge watched up to season six in such little time somebody would think I had no life.
Also, my name is pronounced “CAL-EE” but spelled “Khali”, and my friends and family usually make jokes and call me “Khaleesi”. So let me tell you, I was IN LOVE.
Caroline was excited to work together with us because her photographer in Florida has a bright and airy style, but she also wanted those warm, moody tones as well. Having a formal bridal session before her special day was a great way for her to get the best of both worlds!
Check out this gorgeous setup – a floral installation with pampas grass, and a warm-meets-cool toned table setup. The table and chairs, plates, napkins, etc were all provided from the venue. Saint Irenes definitely did not disappoint with the gorgeous setup perfect for these details. I highly recommend brides to check out Saint Irenes if they are looking for their wedding venue still!
