The Cutest Engagement Photos at the Best Location – Columbia River Gorge!!

What better place to take your engagement photos than Columbia River Gorge? This gorgeous session with Madi & her soon to be husband Ben was such an adventure.

I was completely blown away by all the wildflowers and grass that had grown in this summer. I actually took some engagement photos at the Columbia River last winter and you can see how different everything is because of the weather! Check it out here.

More About the Cute Couple

Madi and Ben are getting married in November in Vancouver, Washington at this beautiful venue called Moonlight Events! I am so excited to photograph their wedding and even more excited to see their vision come to life. Madi wants to bring some bohemian vibes to her wedding with pampas grass. I love pampas grass, and have photographed it in a few different events. Check out this one gorgeous pampas arrangement in this blog post.

Madi and Ben met in school – Madi is actually from eastern Washington. Ben has lived in Portland his whole life and still feels like there’s so much of the state he still needs to travel to and experience. The two of them love to travel, hike and adventure. In fact, their honeymoon plans revolve around that, exploring the Olympia, Washington area most likely.

They’ve spent their quarantine watching a lot of TV shows, which I can totally relate to. Throughout their engagement photos, we chatted about Queer Eye and the Office and some of our favorite moments.

Madi is studying behavioral health online and Ben just got his pilot’s license, so the two of them are excited to take the next step in their great adventure after their wedding and can pretty much go anywhere! I’m pretty jealous!
